Heather Pearson, a proud native of Grenada, is a dedicated entrepreneur and service-oriented professional with a passion for making a positive impact in her community. Currently, Heather owns a small business that provides toys for events throughout Grenada, bringing joy and laughter to children across the island. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Heather is committed to delivering exceptional service as part of the team at Mitchell’s Pharmacy, where she consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her customers.

With a strong background in various industries, Heather brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her roles. From her early days as a Data Entry Personnel at Data Logic Grenada Ltd. to her tenure as Supervisor and Floor Manager at Andall & Associates, Heather has honed her management skills and gained valuable insights into operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

Throughout her career, Heather has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She has completed courses in Business Math, Introduction to Finance, Mathematics for Critical Thinking, and Introductory Spanish, further enhancing her skill set and knowledge base. Additionally, Heather has earned certificates in Customer Service Relations and Enhancing Supervisory Effectiveness, underscoring her dedication to providing top-notch service and leadership.
