Nikita Allard is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in child development and healthcare. With over 8 years dedicated to the field of Early Child Development, Nikita has consistently delivered high-quality services at one of Grenada's esteemed Child Development Centers.

Currently, Nikita channels her expertise and passion into supporting The Grenada Citizen Advice and Small Business Agency (GrenCase) in achieving its objectives. In her role as the GrenCase Geriatric Caregiver Programme Supervisor for the Parish of St. Davids, Nikita plays a crucial role in supervising caregivers who provide essential services to the elder population residing in the area.

With a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for the elderly, Nikita ensures that the caregivers under her supervision deliver compassionate and effective care to meet the diverse needs of the elderly population in St. David's, Grenada. Her dedication and leadership in this role contribute significantly to enhancing the well-being and quality of care provided to seniors in the community.
