Bio

Delice Mitchell-Noel brings over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. Born in Grenada and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Medgar Evers College and is currently completing her Master's Degree in Public Health from Capella University.

Her work is driven by a profound passion for public health, stemming from her experiences volunteering at a local community health center while balancing work and college commitments. Delice witnessed firsthand the transformative impact of accessible healthcare and preventive measures on improving people’s lives, particularly within underserved communities.
