Jane Quansah is a multifaceted professional dedicated to creating lasting impact and fostering positive change. With a rich background spanning project management, real estate, and community engagement, Jane brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Outreach and Engagement Director at Shara Foundation.

Driven by a passion for community empowerment, Jane's journey began in the construction industry, where she honed her skills as a Freelance Project Manager and Consultant. Specializing in design consultations and construction services, she cultivated a reputation for excellence, delivering world-class experiences while customizing solutions to meet her clients' needs.

Transitioning to the realm of real estate, Jane served as an Assistant Community Manager at Greystar Real Estate Partners, where she oversaw the financial operations of communities, ensured resident satisfaction, and maximized revenue through strategic lease management and effective customer service.

Jane's dedication to making a difference is further exemplified through her volunteer work with the GK Folks Foundation, where she serves as Public Relations Director. Through her efforts, she has helped raise awareness and funds for the Miss Africa Utah Scholarship Program, contributing to the educational advancement of deserving students.

Throughout her career, Jane has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, receiving accolades such as the President's Volunteer Service Award, New Century Pathway Scholarship Recipient 2022, 2021 Topaz Awards, Assistant Manager of the Year, South and the 10-Year Service Award from the GK Folks Foundation.
