As Youth Empowerment Director, Kitaka leads Shara Foundation’s efforts to provide vulnerable youth in Grenada with the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to thrive. His leadership focuses on building resilience, nurturing confidence, and creating pathways for success among the next generation.

Bio

Kitaka Mawuto is the Public Relations Officer of the New National Party (NNP) in Grenada and Founder of Elevate Media. He is a leader and an advocate driven by a deep commitment to adding value to everyone he meets and everything he undertakes. He wears many hats: a Youth Leader, Farmer, Research Scholar, Educator, Storyteller, Community Organizer, Digital Media Strategist, Political Strategist, and Holistic Health Advocate.

An outspoken advocate for his community, Kitaka has consistently raised his voice on behalf of local farmers, the disadvantaged, including youth, and the elderly. He has contributed to dozens of impactful initiatives across Grenada in recent years, spanning both humanitarian and political efforts. Kitaka brings proven expertise in political strategy, speech writing, campaign messaging, social media management, and grassroots mobilization.

He is frequently sought after for his insights on topics such as sustainability, holistic health, agriculture, nation-building, philosophy, and politics, and is regularly featured as a guest speaker on national programs and in regional think tanks.

At his core, Kitaka is deeply passionate about the development of Grenada, the Caribbean, and the broader African diaspora. He has committed his life to the mission of holistic nation-building — nurturing youth, communities, and cultures with purpose, vision, and integrity.
